The Total Visa® Card offers an instant online decision and a $250 credit limit to people with bad or very bad credit. Start-up fees reduce the limit to $50, but additional payments get you more credit. The APR is moderate for subprime credit cards, but there are annual and monthly fees. However, this Visa® credit card reports to all three major credit bureaus. Also, no security deposit is required, as is the case with most bad score credit cards.
